EH150 V3 Update

The EH150 V2 has been updated to the EH150 V3! The update includes a few notable changes:

These include the following:

  • The Ambarella A7 chipset will change to the Ambarella H22 chipset.
  • H.265 high-profile compression included, allowing for 50% storage savings, read more about HEVC here.
  • Micro USB port has been updated to a USB type-c port.
  • Snapshot quality has been upgraded. Old: 5,8,10,12,16,21 (megapixels). New: 5,20,25,30,40 (megapixels).
  • Faster charge time by 2 hours. Only takes 4 hours to reach 100% charge.
  • Slight weight increase by 13g to 178g.
  • IP (waterproof rating) upgraded from IP65 to IP66.
  • 1512P video resolution option has been added. Default is set to 720 for optimal battery life.
  • Removal of HDMI and AV port due to reported lack of use.
