At Overwatch Security Australia Pty Ltd, we supply professional security and surveillance equipment, including body-worn cameras and related accessories. Due to the nature of these products, our returns policy is intentionally strict.
All products listed on OverWatch Security include 1 year of 'OWS Premium Warranty' from the time purchased.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Body-worn cameras
-
Surveillance and recording devices
-
Security equipment and accessories
-
Products that have been opened, used, paired, activated, or powered on
These products are treated similarly to action cameras and recording devices. Once opened or used, they cannot be resold due to security, privacy, and integrity concerns.
Please ensure you have selected the correct product before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product:

Is faulty or defective

Is significantly different from the description

Arrives damaged

Is not fit for its intended purpose
If you believe your item meets one of the above conditions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

A description of the issue

Photos or video evidence where applicable
We will assess the issue and advise the appropriate resolution.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted if:

The issue is due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear

The product has been modified, tampered with, or repaired by a third party

Software, firmware, or device settings have been altered incorrectly

The product has been activated or used beyond initial inspection
Return Process
If a return is approved:

The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible

Accessories, mounts, cables, and manuals must be included

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
