The TB41 is one size fits all, with fully adjustable waist and shoulder straps to comfortably fit a wide range of body types (32”–60” chest). Its modular layout includes three Klick Fast mounts, two on the shoulders for radios or equipment, and a central chest mount ideal for body cameras. The vest keeps you cool and comfortable while offering multiple additional attachment points for pouches, holders, and essential gear.

Equipment Mounting & Compatibility

The TB41 is designed to carry the essentials securely and efficiently, featuring:

• Three Klick Fast–style mounting docks – two positioned on the shoulders for radios or devices, and one centrally located on the chest, ideal for body-worn cameras
• Two integrated D-rings for attaching tools or accessories
• Nylon dog-hook anchor point for keys, leads, or tethered items
• Included utility pouches, such as:
  • Two small PT3-style accessory pouches
  • One medium PT5-style pouch
  • One larger PT12-style pouch
  • One general-purpose holder for frequently accessed items

This modular setup gives operators the flexibility to configure the vest for radios, cameras, first-aid gear, documentation, restraint tools, and other professional equipment.

One Size Fits Most – Fully Adjustable

Like all TB-series vests, the TB41 is designed to be one size fits all, eliminating the need for multiple stocked sizes. With adjustable straps on the waist and shoulders, the vest comfortably fits most body types from Small through 4XL (32” – 60” chest size).

Custom/Branding

Custom TB41 vests are available for organisations requiring specialised configurations. We offer custom pouch layouts, branding/patches, reflective identifiers, and body-worn/radio camera mounting placement options.

A minimum order quantity of 20 units applies to all custom builds. For qualifying orders, we can also modify certain vest sections based on specific operational requirements. For example, if you don't want the "SECURITY" patch, we can simply remove it from your custom vest and replace it with another Velcro patch with your brand logo, or keep the area blank.
